Defense Minister Gonul attends NATO summit in Brussels

Cost-cutting measures headlined a NATO defense ministers' summit in Brussels yesterday attended by Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul. In line with these measures, NATO command posts in both Izmir and Larissa, Greece are set to be closed down. In related news, Gonul met with his Spanish counterpart Carme Chacon Piqueras on the sidelines of the meeting.
