Egypt intends to provide Turkish citizens with visa liberalization
Egyptian Tourism Minister Hisham Zaazou on Thursday said that visa liberalization between Turkey and Egypt may happen in a few months. Stating that all sectors of the Egyptian economy want to cooperate with Turkey, Zaazou recalled that their efforts in tourism resulted in flights from Istanbul to several new Egyptian destinations. "We are working on lifting visa procedures for Turkish citizens. We want to see Turkish citizens travel to Sharm el-Sheikh, Giza and Cairo, as they do to Antalya. Let's visit and enjoy Egypt, and also make friends there. Everybody will be waiting for you in Egypt; we are brothers," Zaazou added.
