Eker attends groundbreaking ceremony in Bishkek

Food, Agriculture and Animal Breeding Minister yesterday attended groundbreaking ceremony of a stockbreeding facility to be established in Kyrgyzstan with a partnership by Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and Germany. During the ceremony, Eker was accompanied by Kyrgyz Minister of Agriculture Askarbek Janybekov, Turkish Ambassador to Bishkek Nejat Akcal, Chief Trade Adviser of the Turkish Embassy in Kyrgyzstan Behzat Erten, as well as some prominent businesspeople. Speaking at the ceremony, Eker said that Turkey will continue to support all sorts of efforts to be exerted by Kyrgyzstan. For his part, Janybekov said that Kyrgyz and Turkish nations have shared a common history dating back to many years and that all areas of cooperation between the two countries have been improved very well.
