Erdogan hails Azerbaijan for supporting Turkey

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan hailed Azerbaijan for supporting Turkey with regard to the French bill criminalizing denial of the so-called Armenian genocide. Speaking to the Azerbaijani national television channel ANS yesterday, Erdogan said, "Our Azerbaijani brothers and sisters did their best and extended great support to Turkey both in France and Azerbaijan." Erdogan added that solidarity and support between Turkey and Azerbaijan should always continue in every field and that the two countries should never take a step back with regard to those issues.
