Erdogan travels to Iran

After attending the Nuclear Security Summit in Seoul, South Korea, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and an accompanying delegation proceeded to the Iranian capital of Tehran yesterday. Erdogan is set to meet Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi and Islamic Advisory Council Chairman Ali Larijani in Tehran. The bilateral relations between Turkey and Iran, incidents in Syria, as well as regional and international developments are expected to be discussed during the meetings. Within the framework of his official visit to Tehran, Erdogan will inaugurate Yunus Emre Culture Center as well.
