Euronews to start Turkish channel

The Euronews TV channel is planning to launch a Turkish-language news channel later this month. Under an agreement signed in 2008, Turkish state-run TRT is Euronews' fourth-largest partner. Euronews has 21 share holders, including leading national TV channels from European countries. Euronews already broadcasts in Arabic and Russian.
