Fifth World Water Form starting today

The Fifth World Water Forum, co-organized by Turkey and the World Water Council, will start today in Istanbul. Nearly 20,000 people from 110 countries are expected to attend the five-day meeting. Today President Abdullah Gul will host a summit of representatives from 15 countries as part of the forum. On the sidelines of the forum, Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will hold bilateral meetings with representatives from attending countries.
