Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is set to begin a visit to Kyrgyzstan today to discuss political reforms there and Turkey's role in helping to overcome the political and social turmoil that has recently rocked the country. Tomorrow Davutoglu is set to attend the swearing-in ceremony of interim government leader Roza Otunbayeva, whose appointment was confirmed by a referendum last weekend on constitutional reforms. Davutoglu is also scheduled to meet with Almaz Atambayev, the first deputy leader of the interim government, Deputy Prime Minister Omurbek Tekebayev, and Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbayev.
