German Defense Minister: "Turkish peace keeping force should stay"

German Defense Minister Thomas de Maiziere said that countries such as Turkey and Mongolia are needed so that the peace operation in Afghanistan is not perceived as a conflict between the East and West or an operation conducted by Christians against Muslims. Maiziere added that it would be better to ensure the involvement of countries as much as possible.
