Global finance leaders to meet in Istanbul

Global finance leaders are meeting in Istanbul today. The theme for the 4th Istanbul Finance Summit is "Financing Sustained Growth".  Global economy leaders attending the Summit will be discussing the items on the global agenda and will share country experiences as well as practices and solutions. Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek and Development Minister Cevdet Yilmaz as well as Deputy PM Bulent Arinc and Ali Babacan are expected to attend the Summit. Last year 61 speakers from 27 countries attended the Summit. Malaysian Central Bank Governor Zeti Akhtar Aziz, CIMB Islamic CEO Badlisyah Abdul Ghani, UK MP and Head of London Strategic House Geoffrey Robinson, Kosovo Central Bank Governor Bedri Hamza, Chezch Republic Central Bank Board Member Kamil Janacek and Polish Central Bank Board Member Katarzyna Zajdel-Kurowska are among the esteemed participants of the Summit.
