Good news for Turkey about visa

Emphasizing that Turkey is a key country, EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule has heralded visa facility. Fule said to the NTV that returning estates of non-Muslim foundations, providing independence of the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors (HSYK) and strengthening civil control over military were positive steps in Turkey’s EU membership process. “The fact that many journalists are under arrest due to ambiguity of Turkish laws is one of negative issues that Turkey must overcome,” said Fule.
