Hammarberg to meet with Ergin

Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg yesterday arrived in Ankara. As part of his five-day visit, Hammarberg is expected to meet with Justice Minister Sadullah Ergin, representatives from the judicial branch, non-governmental organizations and media. Hammarberg has previously written a report about freedom of media and press in Turkey in July.
