Hisarciklioglu to arbitrate Israel, Palestine trade

Rifat Hisarciklioglu, the chairman of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), was selected by Israeli and Palestinian business communities the sole international head of the Jerusalem Arbitration Center (JAC), which mediates commercial conflicts between their business groups. Stating that it is a serious responsibility because he was chosen by both Israeli and Palestinian members of the ICC, Hisarciklioglu said he would go to Jerusalem soon in order to start his work for the JAC. "We have been exerting efforts since 2005 to ensure that Palestinian people could get rich and commercial relations between Israel and Palestine could develop.
