International family conference to kick off in Istanbul

The second International Family Conference entitled Family and Violence will be held in Istanbul on November 24-26. The conference, organized by the Journalists and Writers Foundation (JWF) Women's Platform at Istanbul's Congress Hall, will host many prominent figures and feature an opening speech by Family and Social Policies Minister Fatma Sahin. Hilal Elver from University of California is set to make a key-note speech in the second day of the three-day conference.
