Kahramanmaras to host Patriot missiles

Reportedly, Germany will deploy its Patriot air defense missiles in Turkey's southern province of Kahramanmaras. The statement made by Michael Link, Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office, was announced through the German Embassy in Ankara. "The Patriot missiles will probably be deployed near Kahramanmaras city. Therefore, like the letter predicted, the Patriot missiles would not affect Syrian air space," Link said. The German Parliament is set to vote on the deployment of the system as part of a NATO mission today.
