Kosovar FM Hyseni due in Ankara

Kosovar Foreign Minister Skender Hyseni will arrive in Ankara today for a two-day official visit at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu. A Foreign Ministry statement underlined that the visit is the first foreign minister-level visit from the independent Kosovar Republic. “Turkey places importance on its ally Kosovo completing its institutional reconstruction and integrating with the international community and supports such efforts,” it added. Hyseni will also be received by President Abdullah Gul.
