The meeting of the Turkey-Bosnia Herzegovina-Serbia consultative mechanism was held on Wednesday in Sarajevo with the participation of Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and his Bosnian and Serbian counterparts Zlatko Lagumcia and Ivan Mrkic. Following the meeting, the mentioned foreign ministers held a joint press conference. Speaking at the press conference, Davutoglu said that the meeting has gone beyond the aim of removing prejudices and sharing a common fate. Davutoglu also said that they have reviewed preparations for the 3rd Meeting of the Triple Balkan Summit to be hosted by President Abdullah Gul in Ankara in May and made important decisions about the steps to be taken. Stating that leaders of three countries will get positive results of the meetings in Sarajevo during the meeting to be held in Ankara, Davutoglu said, "You will get much better news from us." As part of his visit to Sarajevo, Davutoglu also opened the historical Sarajevo Mevlevihane (dervish lodge) which has been constructed in Sarajevo in 1463, destroyed during the era of former Yugoslavia and then reconstructed in cooperation with the Selcuklu Municipality and Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA).
