Rousseff in Turkey upon the invitation of Gul
Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff yesterday arrived in Ankara to pay an official visit upon the invitation of President Abdullah Gul. Rousseff is accompanied by Brazilian foreign minister, as well as defense, finance, industrial development, foreign trade, science and social communication ministers as part of her visit. The Presidential Palace stated that during the visit, which is manifestation of the strategic quality of high-level relations between Turkey and Brazil, two presidents would discuss bilateral Turkish-Brazilian relations, as well as regional and international issues which concern the two countries and issue a joint statement entitled "Turkey-Brazil: A Strategic Perspective for a Dynamic Partnership." Rousseff will attend the Business Forum to be organized with participation of Turkish and Brazilian businessmen and also visit historical and touristic places in Istanbul.
