Toptan visits Kazakhstan

Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan yesterday flew to Kazakhstan for an official visit. Before leaving, Toptan said Turkey and Kazakhstan have excellent relations thanks to their shared history, culture, and location and that during the visit he would have a chance to explore these ties at the parliamentary level.
