Turkey and Colombia waive visas mutually
In order to waive visa requirements mutually, Turkey and Colombia signed an agreement on Monday. A statement released by Turkey's Foreign Ministry said that during the visit paid by Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos to Turkey on November 17-19 upon the invitation of President Abdullah Gul, the two countries agreed to waive visa requirements and signed an agreement. The agreement will go into effect 30 days after the approval. According to agreement, citizens from both counties holding private passports will be exempted from visa requirements.
