Turkey expresses corncern over Kosovo tension

Responding to recent unrest along Kosovo's northern border with Serbia, Turkey on Friday called on both countries to engage in dialogue and "refrain from violence and act with restraint" to avoid further damage to stability in the Balkans. "We are following with concern the ongoing tensions in northern Kosovo," said a Foreign Ministry statement.
