Turkey ranks 2nd in potential for entrepreneurship

Results of the third Amway European Entrepreneurship Report were announced. According to the study conducted by GFK Market Research and LMU Entrepreneurship Center in 16 countries, Turkey ranks the second among the countries with the highest potential for entrepreneurship. The survey revealed that the economical situation and financial uncertainty in Europe, as well as lack of capital and public support in Turkey are the biggest obstacles in entrepreneurship. According to the study, 1 out of 3 in Europe views entrepreneurship positively. Among the countries with the highest potential for entrepreneurship, Greece ranks the first (50 %), followed by Turkey (48%).
