Turkey to be champion of growth according to EU

According to the assessment made by European Commission, Turkey would be the biggest growing economy among the EU candidate countries for three years. According to the European Commission Turkey will grow 4 percent this year, 5 percent in the next year and in 2015. It was foreseen that unemployment rates will be 8.9 percent this year, 8.8 percent next year and 8.7 percent in 2015 in Turkey. Thus Turkey would be the champion of growth among EU candidate states such as Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Iceland.
