Turkey to sign med oil drilling deal with Shell
Energy Minister Taner Yildiz has stated that Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) and Shell will undersign a joint operation agreement for exploration of natural gas in the eastern Mediterranean. "TPAO and Shell will sign an agreement next week for onshore and offshore exploration of natural gas in the eastern Mediterranean," Minister Taner Yildiz said yesterday. Yildiz added that Greece had paid $185 million of its debt and it would the rest by the end of January, 2012.
