Turkey's Apakan set to speak to UN on conflict and mediation

Turkey’s UN Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan next Wednesday will speak to diplomats, academics and decision makers on Turkey’s perspective on conflict and mediation. The conference where he will give the speech, held at the UN University in New York, will be chaired by its director Dr. Jean-Marc Coicaud and will be carried on the Internet.
