Turkologist Aslanbek Molzoyev, a lecturer at the Diplomacy Academy of Russian Foreign Ministry, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Turkey would improve the multi-dimensional partnership structure between the two countries. "There is currently a non-nuclear armament competition in the world, and energy fields are being shared again. Besides, Europe is entering new competitions to gain influence in order to overcome the crisis. Russia and Turkey should maintain their cooperation without being deceived," Molzoyev said. Molzoyev added that Ottoman-Russian wars have broken out in history with the intervention of third countries, which have been afraid of seeing Turkey and Russia developing joint approaches since the 17th century.
