Businesses should invest in the future, instead of just concentrating on solving current problems, said Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD) Chairwoman Arzuhan Dogan Yalcindag yesterday. Speaking at the 17th Quality Congress in Istanbul, she said, "Investing in people is one of the key components of investing in the future. This brings us once again to the importance of quality management." Also addressing the gathering, KalDer Board Chairman Ali Riza Kalyan said, "Crises are temporary, and when they're over people stick with companies that protected the quality of their brands."
