Westerwelle: "Germany stands behind its word"

Turkey is a partner with a strategic importance for the European Union, said German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle over the weekend. In an interview with Greek daily Kathimerini, he said the German government's stance on this issue is clear, adding, "We're reliable and we'll stick to our agreement."
